Do my customers need to install an app?
No. The card opens in their phone's browser. They can also add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to keep it handy.
How do my customers get their card?
You print the poster with your QR code from your dashboard and place it at the till. The customer scans it and their card is created, with or without an account.
How do I record a visit?
You scan the QR code on the customer's card with your phone's camera, signed in to your LoyalCody account. The stamp is added to their card instantly.
What if a customer loses their card?
With an account, the card is linked to their email address: they get it back by signing in. Without an account, the card's link is the only way to access it, which is why we advise them to save it.
How much does it really cost?
3 free rewards every month, then CHF 0.40 per reward handed out, capped at CHF 49.00 per month. Visits without a reward cost nothing, and there is no setup fee.
Do I need a subscription?
No. The basic plan has no subscription and includes one project (one shop): you only pay for the rewards handed out. The Pro option is an optional subscription at CHF 19.– per month or CHF 190.– per year, cancel anytime.
What does the Pro option add?
Among other things, it adds unlimited projects to manage several shops, your logo and colours on the card, illustrated stamps to choose from, messages on the lock screen of customers who consent, automatic win-back reminders for customers who stay away, statistics with your loyalty revenue, customer export and staff accounts. Your rewards are then capped at CHF 40 per month. If you stop Pro, your projects, cards and data remain: only the Pro features stop, and your customers keep collecting their stamps.
